Four Step Collaborative Engagement Model

When it comes to engagements, we practice what we preach.

We work with you every step of the way, building flexibility, transparency and feedback into everything we do.

Step 1: Understand Your Needs

The first step in any engagement we take on is to understand the problem you are trying to solve, what your expectations are and what "good" looks like to you.

Step 2: Generate Proposal Backlog

Unlike many consultancies, we treat generating the proposal as a collaborative exercise. This is where we flesh out the details of your needs and build out a high level backlog of work with you. We also go through things like existing skill levels and capacities in your team so that we can identify any gaps and provide appropriate training.

Step 3: Delivery

We will work through the backlog of work in the order we agreed with you. We will review progress on a regular basis, giving you the opportunity to change your mind and move things within the backlog. This means that even if your needs change, we can always offer you the maximum possible value for the available budget. It also means that there will never be any nasty surprises for you as you will always have full visibility of progress.

Step 4: Completion

This is arguably the most important part. This is where we get to the end of the agreed backlog of work, having solved the problem you came to us with. Hopefully, the service you have received is so good that you come back to us next time you have a problem to solve, but we will never dig our way in or outstay our welcome.
